Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will last approximately 15 minutes with 5 minutes for questions and transition to the next speaker. If the speaker runs 20 minutes then there will be no questions. If your talk is still in progress, you will be requested to finish with the slide at hand and then we will move on to the next talk. If you are addressing questions, you will be asked to field the last question and then we will move on to the next talk.  Please review your abstract submission carefully for equipment needs and proceedings.

Poster Presentations
Posters will be displayed throughout the length of the conference. MAXIMUM poster size is 48"x48". Materials for hanging posters will be provided. Posters should be put-up Monday between 4-7pm or by 8:30 Tuesday morning and can be left up until Wednesday afternoon. The Poster session will begin at 5:00 pm on Tuesday and presenters are asked to be available from 5:00pm until 7:00 pm.
