Abstract submission is now closed

DEADLINE EXTENDED- The new deadline for submitting abstracts to the Bays and Bayous Symposium is Friday, September 22, 2006 by 11:59PM CST.

Abstracts must be submitted through the Abstract Submission form linked below.  You may type your abstract in the provided text box or upload your abstract as a Microsoft Word or PDF document.  When uploading your abstract, please rename your abstract using the following naming convention before uploading:

firstname_mi_lastname_abstract.doc/pdf

The abstract should follow strictly the guidelines in the SAMPLE ABSTRACT.

The abstract can be a maximum of 500 words.  All text in the document should be 12 point in size and Times New Roman font.  Text can include only superscripts, subscripts, symbols, and italicized terms (no bold or underline).  DO NOT include images or equations produced by Microsoft Equation Editor or similar programs.  Document margins should be one inch on all sides.  Anything not conforming to the guidelines will be returned.
